Welcome to Mend (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mend, including our AI chat features, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using Mend, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our services.

The App and AI responses are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the reliability, accuracy, or effectiveness of the AI’s output.

Mend is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own discretion and risk.

If you feel unsafe, distressed, or in danger, please stop using the App and seek immediate help from local professionals or emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mend Labs (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
